Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using SaleBooster extensions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the extensions on devices you own or control
• Use extracted data for your own business or client work
• Receive compatible updates for the current major version

This license is for a single user. Team/bulk licenses require separate agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extensions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extensions
• Use extracted data for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or illegal activities
• Violate WhatsApp Terms of Service, Google Terms of Service, or applicable laws
• Scrape protected, private, or non-public data
• Use the extensions to harm individuals, businesses, or platforms

4. Platform Compliance

SaleBooster interacts with third-party platforms (WhatsApp Web, Google Maps). You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
• Complying with Google Maps Platform Terms of Service
• Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, etc.)
• Obtaining necessary consents for data processing

⚠️ We do not guarantee that using these extensions complies with all platform terms or laws. Consult legal counsel if unsure.

5. No Warranties

THE EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. PLATFORM UI CHANGES MAY BREAK FUNCTIONALITY AT ANY TIME.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PEOPLE CRAFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the extensions. Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
