Installation Guide

Step-by-step instructions for installing the Chrome extensions in Developer Mode.

  1. Download the ZIP file from your download page after purchase
  2. Extract the ZIP to a folder on your computer
  3. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
  4. Enable Developer Mode (toggle in top right)
  5. Click Load unpacked and select the extracted extension folder
  6. Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access

⚠️ Keep the extracted folder \u2014 don\u2019t delete it. Chrome loads the extension from that location.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp Group Extractor Usage

How to extract member data from WhatsApp groups:

  1. Open web.whatsapp.com and log in
  2. Navigate to the group you want to extract from
  3. Click the SaleBooster extension icon in your toolbar
  4. Select "WhatsApp Group Extractor"
  5. Click "Start Extraction" and wait for completion
  6. Click "Export CSV" to download the data

⚠️ Only works on groups you're a member of. Requires WhatsApp Web (not mobile app).

Maps

Google Maps Lead Extractor Usage

How to extract business leads from Google Maps:

  1. Open maps.google.com
  2. Search for your target (e.g., "restaurants in Mumbai", "dentists near me")
  3. Click the SaleBooster extension icon
  4. Select "Google Maps Lead Extractor"
  5. Click "Start Extraction" — scroll to load more results if needed
  6. Click "Export CSV" to download the leads

⚠️ Only extracts visible results. Scroll to load more before extracting.

Common Issues & Fixes

Extension not appearing / "Load unpacked" fails

Ensure Developer Mode is ON. Select the folder containing manifest.json, not the ZIP file.

Extraction returns no data / incomplete data

For WhatsApp: Ensure group is fully loaded. For Maps: Scroll to load more results. Some groups/pages have restrictions.

Extension crashes or shows error

Reload the extension (chrome://extensions → refresh icon). Clear browser cache. Ensure Chrome is updated.

Download link expired / not working

Download tokens expire in 24 hours. Contact support with your order ID for a new link.

CSV Export Format

Both extensions export to standardized CSV with these columns:
